Reason for applying: To help with administration. I managed 8 communities between 2008 and 2024 with over 950,000 members, but we had to deactivate them for a while due to lack of time. However, after 16 years and numerous requests from members, my team decided to reactivate them. One of the achievements for which my team and I are widely recognized is the creation of one of the most impressive ban systems for CS 1.6 (hardware bans). It's an extremely complex but not impossible task, and thanks to our technical expertise, we were able to implement it in CS2 and CS:GO. We also have a special relationship with Valve and other game companies like Valorant, Fortnite, and Minecraft.
