I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the repeated abusive and inappropriate conduct of Administrator granow. His behavior toward me has repeatedly crossed the line of professionalism, and I can no longer remain silent.
Most recently, Granow insulted and demeaned me without any provocation. This incident, like others before it, was entirely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected and targeted. Unfortunately, this is part of an ongoing pattern of verbal abuse and hostility that I have endured for some time.
I have attached/uploaded a demo that captures the most recent instance of his misconduct. While the beginning of the demo may appear uneventful, I strongly urge you to watch it closely. The inappropriate behavior becomes evident after some time, and toward the end of the demo, granow not only continues with his insults but also begins verbally attacking me in Albanian. This shift into another language does not lessen the seriousness of the abuse—it only further highlights his disregard for professionalism and respect.
I am now at a point where I feel completely fed up with being subjected to such treatment. I respectfully request immediate intervention from a higher authority. Granow’s conduct has created a hostile and uncomfortable environment, and I believe disciplinary action is both warranted and necessary.
