Hello Everybody,
I came to make a complaint about a ban that I received from admin Jack yesterday, for hack motive, he asked me to do a scan, I downloaded the godwar software but it gives me the following message ' cs no found" I have tried several solutions but it doesn't work.
I reassure you that I'm a clean player, I'm 36 years old, I play for the fan, rarely I have lags, I think he understood that I'm a cheater.
Please unblock me to play with you once again.

It took me an hour to understand the scanning system, I'm sorry again I couldn't contact you on the server because you banned me, as I said I'm 36 years old I don't know how to cheat I come for fun only.

1. I will see this issue as resolved because you have been unbanned already and you now know how to scan.

2. Admins have to watch more on server. I've seen this a lot when they ask someone for scan, they reply having issues and admins don't pay attention or don't reply, then ban players afterwards.

3. For the future if admins are not replying, spam them on adminchat to get a reaction & and admins if you don't have time to explain wargods to new players, then don't ask them for scan!
