I was recently banned by an admin ''murderx'' , and I’d like to clarify what happened. At first, he gagged me for 24 hours for what he considered an insult, although it was just a light joke. After that, he asked me for a scan but kept me gagged—how was I supposed to send a link if I was unable to speak or type?
I’ve been playing this game for nearly 20 years, and many players here and on other servers know me well. I have never used hacks or cheats at any point in my CS career. In fact, I was an admin myself on Emirates until my privileges expired less than three weeks ago, and I was planning to renew them.
What concerns me is that this admin is misusing his authority. Another admin noticed that I couldn’t send my demo because I was gagged and decided to ungag me, but then murderx gagged me again for 24 hours and still insisted on a scan. Even though multiple players confirmed that I’m a legitimate Steam player and not a hacker, he went ahead and banned me.
I believe this kind of unfair treatment should be taken seriously, as admins should be qualified to handle situations properly.
